2. Quotes & Payments

  • All quotes provided are based on the information available at the time of request and are subject to change based on final service details.

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required before delivery. We accept major payment methods.

  • Additional charges may apply for extended rentals, damage, or extra servicing.

3. Delivery & Pickup

  • We strive to deliver and pick up units on time, as scheduled. Delays due to weather, traffic, or access issues may occur.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring safe, legal, and accessible placement of units at the service location.

4. Use of Units

  • Units must be used as intended. Misuse, vandalism, or damage caused by the client or event attendees may result in repair or replacement fees.

  • The client is responsible for the units during the rental period.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

  • No refunds are issued for early termination of the rental period.

6. Liability

Stockton Porta Potty Rental | QuickLoo is not liable for damages or losses resulting from misuse of our units, failure to follow guidelines, or service delays beyond our control.

7. Privacy
